A MAJOR UPSET

The Texas Collegiate League will be well represented by the University of the Pacific this summer. It was one of those TCL-bound players that gave Head Coach Ed Sprague's Tigers one of the biggest wins in school history this week.

Berezay has 5 homers and 19 rbi in 27 games for the 12-15 Tigers and leads the Big West Conference with 4 triples. The junior from Manteca, California will be playing for the Highland Park Blue Sox this summer.

Junior shortstop Anthony Jackson has a Big West Conference best 14 stolen bases to go along with 16 rbi in 26 games.
