The Alexandria Aces fought to the end to win a close game tonight, 4-2, against the visiting McKinney Marshals. Josh Branstetter started the game for the Aces tonight pitching 6 great innings, striking out 5 batters while only giving up 2 runs on 4 hits. Brett Noble came in to relieve Branstetter in the 7th inning to pitch 2 shut out innings while giving up no hits. Trevor Stennett, once again, came on to close the 9th getting all three outs by way of strikeout. Andrew Meier paced the Aces at the plate tonight going 2-4 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI's. Aces SWEEP Marshals!!!
